Terms and Conditions

Welcome to artsymphony.
By accessing and using this website, visitors enter into a legally binding relationship governed by the terms set out below. These Terms and Conditions describe the contractual framework under which original artworks are offered for sale, and they regulate the use of the website and associated services. Visitors who do not agree to these conditions are asked to refrain from using the site.

The website uses essential cookies required for its technical operation. Additional cookies for analytics or marketing will only be activated with explicit user consent, in accordance with European ePrivacy rules and Spanish data-protection law. Users may at any time adjust their preferences through the browser settings or the consent banner provided on the site.

All artworks, images, texts, and other materials displayed on this website are protected by copyright and related intellectual-property rights. Unless otherwise specified, all rights are owned by artsymphony. The use of any material, including reproduction, distribution, publication, or storage, is prohibited without prior written consent, except for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes that do not infringe the rights of the author.

The website may contain areas that allow visitors to submit comments or reviews. These contributions represent the opinions of their authors and not those of artsymphony. The company reserves the right to moderate, remove, or refuse contributions that violate the rights of third parties, contain unlawful content, or are incompatible with the professional purposes of the website. Users submitting such content confirm that they hold the necessary rights to do so and grant artsymphony a non-exclusive licence to display and store their submissions for as long as they remain published on the website.

Links to external websites may be included for informational purposes. artsymphony is not responsible for the content of these external sites and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from their use. External links do not imply endorsement.

Orders placed through the website constitute binding purchase offers. After placing an order, customers receive an acknowledgment confirming the receipt of the order. A contract is formed once artsymphony accepts the order by sending a formal confirmation or by dispatching the artwork. All artworks offered are original creations; variations in colour, texture, and surface are inherent and intended artistic characteristics.

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs, customs charges for non-EU destinations, and other surcharges are displayed separately during the checkout process. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring that shipments can be received at the designated location.

Liability is governed by mandatory EU and Spanish law. artsymphony is liable for damages arising from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, breach of essential contractual duties, or harm to life, body, or health. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages. artsymphony is not responsible for failures caused by unavoidable external events, such as disruptions to telecommunication networks or third-party service interruptions, provided these events lie beyond its reasonable control.

The website and its contents are provided “as is,” but this does not exempt artsymphony from its legal obligations related to product conformity, statutory guarantees, and consumer rights applicable within the EU. Any attempt to exclude such rights would be invalid and is therefore avoided.

Spanish law applies to these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence, which remain fully applicable for customers in Germany and the EU. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Spanish courts unless the customer is a consumer residing in another EU Member State, in which case jurisdiction follows the rules established under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.

Users are encouraged to contact artsymphony100@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding these Terms and Conditions.
